My wife had another car mishap today. When the police arrived, she was all riled up, insisting the man she hit was completely reckless.
“He was on his phone!” she fumed. “And to top it off, he was sitting there, drinking a beer!”
The officer, barely suppressing a grin, calmly responded, “Ma’am… he’s allowed to do that… in his own living room.”
